A garage, a patio cover or a back addition often has its own roof on its own schedule. We tear it off, check the wood and re-cover it without touching the rest of the house. For a whole-house re-roof, we tell you honestly whether we are the right firm.
What we install
Three coverings, each with a lifespan line
Asphalt shingles
Architectural shingles over new underlayment. Often 15 to 25 years in Inland Empire sun.
Tile, lifted and re-laid
We lift sound tile, replace the underlayment and set the tile back, with matching tile where some is broken.
Flat and low-slope coverings
Cap sheet or coating systems on patio covers, garages and additions. Often 10 to 20 years.

Before the crew comes
The contract, the permit if one is needed, and a day on the calendar.

Day one: tear-off
The old roofing comes off and goes in a bin. We check the wood and show you any rot.

Day one or two: new roof
Underlayment, drip edge, flashing and the new covering, in that order.

Cleanup and photos
A magnet sweep for nails, and photos of the finished roof by text.

Questions
About small re-roofs
Do I need a permit?
A small repair usually does not. A re-roof often does, and the city or county decides. Your estimate says whether a permit is needed and who pulls it.
How much is the deposit?
California law limits a deposit on a home improvement contract to $1,000 or 10% of the price, whichever is less. We never ask for more, and the payment schedule is in your written contract.
Do you replace whole roofs?
We do small re-roofs: garages, patio covers and additions. For a whole house we tell you honestly whether we are the right firm, and what to ask other roofers.
Can I cancel after I sign?
If you sign at home, you may have three business days to cancel. In many states you can also cancel after your insurer denies the claim. Your contract explains your rights.
