“I was sure I needed a new roof. Raul went up, showed me three cracked tiles by the chimney, and fixed those. The price on the paper was the price I paid.”
Roof repair in Riverside, California
Fix the leak. Keep the roof.
Many leaks come from one vent, one flashing or a few cracked tiles. We find that one thing, fix only that, and put the price in writing before we start.

Our promise
If a repair will do, we write the repair
Some roofers see a leak and sell a new roof. We write the repair first, even when a new roof would pay us more.
When a roof is past fixing, we say so and show you why, with photos, before we write a replacement. The estimate always lists the repair on its own line, so you can say yes to just that.

How it goes
From a photo to a fixed roof
- 01
Step 1: You text a photo
Send the stain or the damaged spot and your street address. We answer during office hours.
- 02
Step 2: We look at the roof
Raul or Edgar walks the roof in a harness, and looks in the attic if you let us.
- 03
Step 3: You get the repair in writing
A written repair plan with photos, and the price on its own line.
- 04
Step 4: We do the work
Many repairs take one visit. Larger jobs get a day-by-day plan first.
- 05
Step 5: You see the photos
Photos of the finished repair come by text when we are done.
Your contract
What California says, and what we do
The deposit has a limit
California law caps a down payment on a home improvement job at $1,000 or 10% of the price, whichever is less. We never ask for more.
A written contract
The work, the price and the payment schedule are on paper before anything starts.
Three days to change your mind
If you sign at home, you may have three business days to cancel. Your contract says how.
A license you can look up
Our license class and number are in the footer of every page. You can check any contractor at cslb.ca.gov.

What customers say after the repair
“The stain was in my garage ceiling. Edgar traced it to a vent pipe, not the roof. Photos of the fix came by text the same afternoon.”
“The estimate listed the options in writing, and the deposit was within the California limit. Nothing on the final bill surprised me.”
